1. The Office of Finance (OF) of Tebela city Administration having legal address at:

2. The OF now invites scaled bids from eligible and qualified bidders for construction of Street Light Remaining work.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Bidding and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Finance office, and inspect the billing Documents at the address given below from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 P.M and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 P.M.
5. Qualification requirements include: Legal Professional, Technical and Financial admissibility of the bids, as detailed in bidding Documents. In additional bidder shall submit a renewed certificate of competence showing that it is a contractor of categories, "SC" Specialized contractor, with a sub-category Elector Electromechanical contractor (EMC) Grade-V- and above. This is to be verified when necessary.
6. Appropriate margin of preference shall be applied for local companies. Additional details are provided in the bidding documents.
7. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1000 ETB (One Thousand Ethiopian Birr). The method of payment will be in cash, against a receipt. The bidding document will not be sent by any other method than through bidder's representative (in person).
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below after 31st calendar days of the date announced on the new paper at or before 9:30 A.M. Late bids will be rejected.
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to attend in person at the address below on that day at 10:00 A.M.
10. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 325,000 (Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand ETB) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
11. The office of finance of Tebela City Administration reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
