INVITATION TO BID

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission (EECMY-DASSC) Is Issuing this bid for the procurement of Food Item (Maize) Including transportation service for. Humanitarian Interventions Program in EECMY-DASSC-SE-AO-WBS-BO. East Bale Zone, Dawe Serer. Oromia Regional State.

The commission (EECMY-DASSC) invites reputable, reliable and licensed suppliers to the bid in line with the following conditions and specifications.

1. 1. 1. 1. Interested and eligible bidders can obtain further detail information's directly from the EECMY-DASSC-HO at the address given below during office hours within the indicated dates.
         2. For any Interested bidder the bid announcement is opened up to December 1/2025 12:00 Am from the date of the announcement in the newspaper at the address given below.
         3. Interested Bidders are requested to deliver wax-sealed bid documents original and copy of Technical and Financial proposal separately for Lote I and Lote 2 to EECMY-DASSC Head Office, in its Office building at Amist Kilo within six (6) consecutive days from the announcement of this bid on newspaper.
         4. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of Birr Ten Thousand (10,000.00) in the form of Cashier's. Payment Order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC and issued by eligible Ethiopian Bank.
         5. Bidders must attach valid business/trade license, VAT registration, supplier data Registration certificate for the current year, Tax clearance and good performance evidence and past work experience in related field.
         6. Bids shall be closed on the December 1/ 2025 at 12:00 AM and will be opened on December 1/2025 at 2:00 PM, EECMY-DASSC Head Office Meeting Hall in the presence of the bidders/ duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.

The commission, (EECMY-DASSC) reserves the right to partially or as whole to change or cancel the bid.

1. 1. 2. All the above-mentioned food items to be supplied to be as per the quality standard of Food and Drug Authority (EFDA)
      3. All the quality standard certificates to be attached in the bid documents
      4. the names for the project to be clearly written on the bid document.
      5. Bid/Price quotations/proposals to cover all expenses up to the destination/delivery place /locations indicated
