ASMEN PLC invites bidders for the implementation of ERP Solution from local/international companies that have relevant experience and/or are authorized Dealers/Firms for the supply and implementation of an ERP Software.
Details of pre-bid proposal can be collected directly from the company's Procurement Department located on the 10th floor of Century Mall. The pre-bid proposal must be submitted to the Department on or before 8th of December, 2025 before 4:00 p.m.
The bid will be opened on the 12th of December, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at office of Procurement Department.

The bid submitted by the ERP Implementer will be evaluated as per the following procedure:
-
- The first level of evaluation will be for the pre-qualification bid. Only those firms who fulfill the eligibility criteria in the pre-qualification bid will be asked to submit Technical and Financial Bids.
- The second level of evaluation will be based on the Technical Bid.
- The third and final evaluation will be the techno-commercial bid based on the combined scores of the technical and Financial Bids.
