Bid Announcement No. SSNT-T586

Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to invite qualified bidders for construction of New Federal Police Residence Buildings at Dembi Dolo and Nekemte Airports. Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Contractors who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

1. Eligible bidders of Category GC/BC-4 and above Contractors with relevant experience and valid licenses for the year 2017 E.C. Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Taxpayer Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender. The construction of the works shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the commencement of the work.
2. The Federal Police Residence is set to be constructed by two proficient contractors, with the project divided into two separate lots; Lot-1: Two New Federal Police Residence at Dembi Dolo Airport, & Lot-2: Two New Federal Police Residence at Nekemte Airport.
3. A bidder is allowed to participate in only one LOT. The bidder should submit a proposal for only the LOT he/she has chosen. Also, bidders are required to clearly indicate the LOT they have chosen in both the main envelope and the internal documents.
4. Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement by depositing non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiop (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT- T586 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below email address and will get the tender document by return email.
5. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand only) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group. Any insurance or conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.
6. The Bid bond of unsuccessful bidders will be returned once the winners are announced.
7. Bidders must submit their sealed bid document in separate envelopes i.e., The (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on December 22,2025 at 3:00 P.M. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:15 PM, at Ethiopian Airlines Group Headquarters in the bid opening room in the presence of bidders and their legal representatives.

Ethiopian Airlines Group reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender partially or entirely.
