Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to invite qualified GC/BC-3 and above contractors for the construction of Hangar number six (6) Tool Room Building at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

The bid is open to all locally registered contractors which have local trade license to participate on national competitive bids and any legally established bidders in Ethiopia with renewed Trade License for the current year, renewed Certificate of Competency as a GC/BC-3 and above from authorized body, Valid Tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids and a Registration on FPPA as supplier can get the tender document.

Project completion date is 180 Calendar days from site hand over.

Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until the bid closing date stated below by depositing a non-refundable ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch, referring to this tender number SSNT-T583 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277 (E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company business name, contact person, phone number, and bid announcement number to the below email address and will get the tender document by return email.

Bidders shall furnish a bid security in the form of a CPO or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group from any recognized local banks. Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted. The bid security shall be valid for a period of 150 Calendar days after tender opening. Ethiopian Airlines Group has the right to request the Bidder to extend the validity period of the proposal for additional days.

Bidders must submit their sealed bid document in separate envelopes, i.e., the (Technical Proposal (Original and Copy), Financial Offer (Original and Copy), and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical Section until December 11, 2025, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will be rejected. The Bid will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, Bid opening room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
