1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for the procurement of Procurement of 3Pcs of Digital Signage Display Head Office, North East Addis Ababa and Southwest Addis Ababa Districts.
2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;
   1. Renewed Trade License
   2. TIN Certificate
   3. Tax clearance certificate
   4. VAT Registration Certificate
   5. Supplier Registration Certificate
3. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from November 12, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate Located at former sugar Corporation head office (Kiyamed) building 1st floor.
4. Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.
5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 27, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Procurement Directorate located at former Sugar Corporation Head office (Keyamed Building), 1st floor.
6. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on November 27, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present Original & Copy of their Financial and Technical proposals separately in sealed envelope.
9. The language of the tender is English.
10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
