- Bidding will be conducted through a REQUEST FOR QOUTATION (RFQ) procedure specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the South Ethiopia Regional States of Water and Energy Bureau, One Wash National Program Management Unit, from 09:00 AM to 12: 30A.M & 1: 30P.M to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
- A complete set of RFQ Documents may be Purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses with originals from South Ethiopia Regional States of Water and Energy Bureau, Procurement and Property Adm. Directorate, Room No, Dilla City, Telephone number 0461 31 02 41, at or before 2:00 P.M. on 03 December 202 Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) for each Rural water supply Project.
Method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt. Bidders are required to attach with their application, a copy of their renewed trade licenses, VAT certificate, Tax clearance and TIN certificate.
- Quotation must be delivered to the address below at or bete 2:00 P.M. on 03 December 2025.
- Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late Quotation will be rejected. Technical and Financial Quotation will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:30 P.M. on 03 December 2025.
- All quotation shall be accompanied by a Quotation Security to South Ethiopia Regional States of Water and Energy Bureau and shall remain valid for 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
- Quotation shall be valid for period of 90 days after Bid Submission deadline.
