Drilling and construction of 5 (five) shallow wells for rural water supply project Walmera Woreda Water, Mineral and Energy office invites wax scaled bids from eligible bidders (contractors) to construct the drilling of shallow well by Captal budget 2018 E.C rular water supply project in the Woreda of the Kebebe. Capital Budget. in this Bidding Documents is lot one (Horo boki Ada'a Hayilu Site, Burkusami gaba robi Gaggabso site, Walmera coke Husha site, Barfata Iffa tamagya yaz site,Bakaka kore oddo Karbo site).

The bid is open to all eligible bidders who have:

1. Private limited company or Contractor who has drilling machine 150 Meter capacity with full equipment's.
2. A valid construction trade license of Water well drilling which is renewed for the year 2018 E.C;
3. A certificate of registration within the ministry of water irrigation and energy, ministry of construction and urban development and Oromia bureau of industry and Urban development, for the year of 2018E.C
4. Tax clearance, registered for VAT and have TIN (tax identification number);
5. To bring the original of the above mentioned documents with its copies during the purchase of these tender documents;
6. Able to complete all the formats described in the bid documents;
7. To submit the bid documents with a bid security of 1% of the contract amount (total project cost including 15% VAT) in the form of bank guarantee or CPO and performance bond 10% and 20% advance bank grant bond total amount of contract valid for one year.
8. To submit two of the bid waxed and sealed separately (original and copy of financial, original and copy of technical separately and waxed and sealed separately each and put your address or company information) and placed all document in a large outer envelope and wax sealed and put your address or company information.
9. Document can be purchased upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 600.00 (Six Hundred Birr only) for lot 1 to Walmera Woreda Revenues Authority during working hours starting from publish date of Bid Announcement /2018 E.C up to 21 st day /2018 E.C reserve BOQ/ specification from Walmera Woreda Finance Office
10. The bid documents will be Submitted and closed on 22nd the Working days after published date or on 22nd the day /2018 E.C at 2:30 AM and will be opened 3:00 PM in afternoon on the same date in the presence of the bidders or legal representative at administration office room no.
11. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
12. Completion time of the projects is 90 calendar days.
13. The bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening dat.
14. The bid document is in English Language.
