INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Procurement Reference Number: -D01/2018

1. Danwedag Market center share company is interested in procurement of work for which this Invitation for building the basement and structural work of the first Four floors only from full design B+G+7 and G+4 market center center. Bidders should have successful experience in the execution of similar works in nature and complexity. Bidders should be registered contractors of category GC/BC grade 3 and above having Trade license and construction service certificates valid for 2018 Ethiopian Calendar years, Tax clearance certificates, and VAT Registration certificate. Interested eligible bidders are invited to submit Wax-sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material equipment and any other necessary requirements for the execution and completion of the works.
2. Danwedag Market center share company invites wax-sealed bids from interested eligible & qualified bidders for provision of building B+G+7 market center center: The delivery period is 720 Calendar days.
3. A complete set of bidding document in English can be purchased by interested bidders during from 2:30-12:00 AM working hours the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 1,200.00 (Birr One Thousand Two Hundred) in cash.
4. All bidders are required to submit bid bond ETB 500,000.00 (Birr Five Hundred Thousand) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee, or certified payment order (C.P.O) and must be submitted. The Submission of the bid Security shall be in Separate envelope final sealed in the outer envelope or in the Original Technical Proposal.
5. Bidders are required to bring both original and copies of their bid document for technical and financial offer in separate sealed envelope as indicated in the instruction to bidders stated in clause ITB 24 and Bid data sheet.
6. The sealed bid documents shall be returned not later than the stated date and time in the tender document. Bidders shall follow the Instruction to bidders stated in clause FTB 24. Bids must be delivered to the address below Danwedag share company project office Tel. 09 21 65 76 45, before 3:30 Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below Ashewa at danwedag office at or before 4:00.
8. Danwedag Market Center Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
