Invitation to Bid for Space Rentals

Bid Announcement No.: -SSNT-T581

Ethiopian Airlines Group (EAG) intends to lease open spaces available at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport Terminal 1 (one) and Terminal 2 (two) Car Parking Area for ATM Services and Other Different Commercial Businesses for Competent Service Providers who are willing to provide the following services on Rental and Concession Modality basis, respectively:

• ATM Services-Six (6) spaces located at both Domestic and International Terminals
• Mini Market-Two (2) spaces located at both Domestic and International Terminals
• Gift and Flower Shop Two (2) spaces located at both Domestic and International Terminals
• Tele Center and Photocopy Service Two (2) spaces located at both Domestic and International Terminals

Hence, EAG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

Any company legally established in Ethiopia and that has a valid and renewed business license in the above mentioned services, a VAT registration certificate, a TIN (Tax Identification Number) certificate, and a Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and that the certificate is valid at least until the bid submission deadline can participate in the bid.

Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until the bid closing date stated below by depositing a non-refundable ETB 200 (Two Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch, referring to this tender number, SSNT-T581, to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277 (E-99). Bidders shall email the scan copy of the deposit slip along with their company business name, contact person, phone number, bid announcement number, and service category/categories to the below address and will get the Bid document by return email.

Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of a CPO or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) which shall be valid for 120 days in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group. Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted. The deposited CPO received from unsuccessful bidders will be returned.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes, i.e., the original and copy

Technical Proposal and Financial Offer, and Bid Security; and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on December 05, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM at the Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, Bid opening room, in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
