The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church Development and Inter Church Aid Commission (EOC-DICAC) is a registered Ethiopian Residence Charity organization, established in 1972 as the development wing of the Church. Since its establishment, EOC-DICAC is executing different types of development and humanitarian projects in different regions of the country. One of the interventions implemented under is GBV response project in Amhara region. Accordingly, EOC-DICAC intends to construct woman and girl's safe space in Amhara region Awei and North Shewa zones in five lots, lot I fagetalekoma wereda, Addis kedam town, lotil Ayehu Guagusa wereda, Azena town, lot III Jawi wereda, Fendika town, lot IV Moretina Jiru wereda Enewari town and lot V Minjar Shenkora wereda Arerti town. Therefore, EOC-DICAC, Amhara region regional cluster office and the North Shewa Diocese Development Coordination Office invite contractors of category GC/BC six and above for each lot, who full fill all the requirements listed below.

• Firms to engage in this tender should have renewed license for the current year, registration certificate from the concerned Ministry office, VAT, TIN, and tax Clearance from the concerned body to participate in tender, relevant past experience with supporting documents, adequate technical personnel with renewed professional license, construction equipment, can submit financial capacity statement from a recognized bank, audited financial statement good relationship with previous clients etc.
• Interested applicants shall collect the bid documents from EOC-DICAC Bahirdar regional cluster office located at kebelle 16 around Alkan /Enjibara EOC DICAC project office/Addiss Ababa EOC DICAC head office located at Arat kilo in front of Turist hotel for lots I, II and III and EOC-DICAC North Shewa Diocese Coordination Office located at Debrebirehan town Atse Zerayakob building/EOC DICAC head office located at Arat Kilo in front of Turist hotel for lots IV & V from the first date of this advertisement for ten consecutive days.
• Original and copies of the quotation and all relevant credentials in separate and sealed envelopes with a Bid Bond of 2% of the total price quotation including VAT, to be considered after arithmetic check in the form of certified cheque (CPO) from recognized bank, shall be submitted at EOC-DICAC project office Enjibara town for lots I, II, & III and EOC DICAC North Shewa Diocese Development Coordination Office, Debrebirehan town on or before the 10th day of this advertisement up to 10:00 a.m.
• Bids shall be valid for 90 days.
• Sign and stamp on all pages of both the original and copies of the bid documents.
• Bides shall be opened at the 10th day of this advertisement at 10:30 am at the address stipulated above for lot 1, II, & III and after five days for lots IV & V in the presence of interested bidders who choose to attend. If the 10th and 15th days are not working days, the opening date will be the next working day at 10:30 a.m respectively.
• EOC-DICAC has the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
• Note: Bidders may participate for more than one lot, but shall award only one lot
