Invitation of Bid for phase 2 works of Containerized MBBR WWTP project

The Sidama Industrial Parks Development Corporation plans to construct following Phase 2 works of Containerized MBBR WWTP project: in Yirgalem Integrate Agro Industry Park

1. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence:
   1. Certificate of registration from Ministry of Urban Development and Construction, FDRE or Bureau of Urban Development and Construction of the Sidama National Regional State with Category GC-1 for construction of abovementioned project which is valid for current budget year and other appropriate documentary evidences that demonstrates the bidder's compliance, which shall include:
   2. Business License Valid for this year
   3. Commercial Registration Certificate
   4. Construction Competency Certificate from the Ministry of Urban Development and Construction valid for this fiscal year
   5.  VAT Registration Certificate
   6. Taxpayer Registration certificate
   7. Permission certificate for bidding from legal authorities valid at least at the date of bid submission
   8. Evidence of /Being/ registered supplier under public procurement and property Administration Agency (PPPAA), FDRE.
2. Bidders must submit three envelopes, "Qualification information" (one Original and three sealed separately, then finally sealed with one outer envelope), "Bid Security" and technical original document" (each Original sealed separately and finally the two envelopes should be sealed in one an outer envelope.
3. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification information first and Financial Bids of qualified bidders at the second.
4. The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses with originals the Sidama Regional State Industrial Park Development Corporation Room number 005,Hawassa and the bidding document at the address given below during working hours(Morning from 8:30 up to 12:30am Afternoon from 1:30 up to 5:30pm).
5. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 800 (Eight Hundred birr) for each, during working hours of 30 successive calendar days starting from the first date of notification of this advertisement on Ethiopian Herald. The final submission date and opening of proposal will be on the 30th date of this announcement on the Ethiopian herald at 2:00PM & 2:30PM respectively. If the 30thdate is not a working day it will be on the next working days at the same time.
6. Bids must be delivered to the below address on or before 2:00p.m. of the above said date. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 1,000,000 (One Million birr only) and late bids will be rejected.
7. Any contractor who has one or more works with our Corporation or within any government entity in the Sidama National Regional state and hasn't accomplished more than or equal to 70% of the work, or who has no recommendation letter from our office until the closing date of this bid, will not participate in this bid.
8. Sidama Industrial Parks Development Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
