Invitation to Bid: Consultancy for the Legal, Financial, and Structural Reform of Selam Children's Village's Business Enterprises (Income Generating Activities)

Selam Children's Village (SCV) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children and communities in Ethiopia. As part of its sustainability strategy, SCV has established several business enterprises, including Tsehay Roeschli Industrial and Agricultural Engineering (TRIAE), RoFam Manufacturing Service Plc, and MISSALE Chora Plc.

Thus, SCV is seeking a consulting firm who would conduct firm to provide expert legal, financial, and strategic guidance to Successfully manage the complete restructuring of SCV's business enterprises.

Technical Requirement

• The consultancy firm must have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in corporate law, business restructuring, and tax advisory services within Ethiopia.
• The lead consultant must possess an advanced degree (Masters or higher) in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
• In-depth, demonstrable knowledge of the Ethiopian Commercial Code, tax laws, and the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation.
• The proposed team must include a mix of legal, financial, and business management expertise.

Legal Requirement

• A legally registered entity and must provide copies of renewed business license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, and any other relevant professional certifications.

Application Process

Interested consultancy firms that meet the minimum requirements are invited to apply by purchasing the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) with a non-refundable 300 ETB from Our office located Kotebe near Hana Mariam Church. Applicants must submit their Technical and Financial proposals in a separate and sealed envelopes in person at Selam Children's Village, Kotebe Near Hana Mariam Church.

Application Deadline

• The deadline for submission of technical and financial proposal is Friday, November 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
• The bid will be opened on the same day Friday, November 14, 2025, at 2:30 PM, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
