1. The East Hararghe Zone Irrigation & Pastoral Development Office is inviting eligible bidders for Harmuko SSIP located in Kumbi woreda, Urgo Kebele. Interested parties can reach the office at Tel No. 0256667987.
2. Bid is open for all eligible bidders fulfilling the following criteria:
   1. Construction work License of GC or WWC 3 and above which renewed for 2018 E.C and those currently registered from the mandated public body for the registration of contractors is: Ministry of Water, Ethiopian Construction or concerned body from Oromia Construction Authority.
   2. Have registration for VAT and Tax Identification number (TIN) together with written tax clearance from Revenue Authority that enables participation in bids.
   3. Have experience with similar projects. Moreover, to be eligible for this bid, a bidder should not be blacklisted and have no track record of project termination.
3. Interested eligible bidders can buy the bid document by 1500 birr a non-refundable fee starting from the first announcement date.
4. A partial offer within a project is not acceptable.
5. All Bids must be accompanied by bid security in an acceptable form of CPO of 500,000 Birr.
6. Bids shall be closed on 22nd after 21 working days starting from the first announcement day at 4:00 local time to East Harerghe Finance Office.
7. Bids will be opened on at 04:30 AM local time with the presence of the bidders and/ or their authorized representatives at East Harerghe Finance Office. If there will be a public holiday or weekend on this day, the closing and opening day of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and place.
8. Late bids will be rejected.
9. The office reserves the right to accept or reject partial or all bids.
