Invitation to Bid National Competitive Bid (NCB) Demolishing and Dismantling of Existing reinforced concrete & other structures for Meri-1 project site procurement No. 040/2018

1. Ayat Share Company having its legal address at Kirkos sub- city, Wereda 07, House No. 23/502, Addis Ababa Ethiopia, invites all interested bidders in local competitive bidding who are competent for Demolishing & Dismantling of existing reinforced concrete & other related structures located at Meri-1 project site. Therefore, eligible Bidders are invited to submit their bidding documents as per the attached specification & bill of quantity.
2. The scope of the demolishing works includes the existing two G+2 buildings, fuel station and ware house building.
3. Interested bidders can collect the bidding document from AYAT SHARE COMPANY head office at 3rd floor, D/CEO (procurement and Resource management). Office No. 07. Tel: +251-115514699/+251-116463445 (office) from OCTOBER 24, 2025 G.C to NOVEMBER 04, 2025.
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the company's tendering procedures and is open to registered bidders who have similar experience and capacity for the intended work.
5. Bidders should submit a copy of their Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration certificate and copy of their renewed trade license for 2017 E.C budget year.
6. All reusable materials resulting from demolishing shall be properly handled, recorded and handed over to the client as instructed.

8. A complete set of hard copy of bidding document in English can be obtained by interested bidders from the address above (5) upon presenting legal documents listed above in (4).
9. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the procurement document.
10. Bidders are required to submit both technical & financial using two separate sealed envelopes with two copies.
11. Bids must be delivered to the address above (5) on or before November 04, 2025, 10:00(4:00 local time). Late bids will be rejected.
12. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the address above MAIN (5) on November 04, 2025 at 10: 30P.M (4:30 local time) from the address above (5).
13. Evaluation will be conducted as per Ayat Procurement guideline by the assigned tender committee.
