GHION G4 HOUSING CO.LTD invites qualified contractors to participate in the open bid process for the construction of a B+G+9+T apartment building. The Association plans to execute the project in phases, with this bid covering the first phase, which includes earthwork and structural works.

1. A complete bidding document can be obtained in softcopy (CD format) at our Hayahulet (22) QUALITY BUILDING office number 612 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, after presenting the payment receipt in person at the Dispatch Center upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 2000 at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Account No: 1000556506942 named: GHION-4 YEGARA MENORIA BET H/Y/H/S
2. Alternatively, a complete bidding document can be emailed to the bidder after presenting /attaching the payment receipt to the email address provided below to receive the document by email. The payment should be made for a non-refundable fee of ETB 2,000 at Commercial Bank of, Account No: 1000556506942 named GHION-4YEGARA MENORIA BET H/Y/H/S
3. The association invites sealed bids from only eligible & interested bidders with Building Contractors GC-2 or BC-1 and above competence
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand birr) in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Bid Bond.
5. Bidders are required to submit copies of their:
   1. Renewed Trade License
   2. Principal Business Registration
   3. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
   4. Tax Clearance Certificate for the 2017 fiscal year
   5. VAT Registration Certificate
   6. Renewed Competence Certificate
6. Bidders shall submit bid documents separately in two envelopes, each containing the original and a copy of the Technical and Financial Proposal, up to October 21, 2025, at 4:00 AM. Local time Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend in person, at the Association's office address indicated below at 8:00 PM local time on October 21, 2025
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions from (1) to (6) above shall result in automatic rejection.
9. Unbalanced bid including front loading shall lead to rejection
10. Bidders are advised to submit quality and substantive document as per the requirement of the bid
11. The Association reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any parts of the bid, at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
