* አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች ድርጅት የሚያቀርባቸው ማስታወሻ ደብተሮች ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
* አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች ድርጅት ያሸነፋቸውን ማስታወሻ ደብተሮች የቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ማምጣት ይኖርበታል፡፡
* ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
* አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች ድርጅት ያሸነፋቸውን ማስታወሻ ደብተሮች የቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ማምጣት ይኖርበታል፡፡
* ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
