- Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

- VAT Registration Certificate
- Supplier Registration Certificate from responsible public body.
- Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from October 08, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Birr Two hundred only) to DBE Head Office Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Kiyamed Building, 1st floor (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office).

- Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before October 23, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Kiyamed Building, 1st floor (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office).
- Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address, on October 23, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from, Kiyamed Building ((Former Sugar Corporation Head Office), Procurement Directorate, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 557 8088.
- Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents (Original & One Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
- The language of the tender is English.
- DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
