New Millennium Women Empowerment Organization (NMWEO) is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization working on development, women empowerment, Gender Equality, humanitarian responses, sexual reproductive health education, economic empowerment and Environmental protection interventions in the last over fifteen years.

NMWEO has been re-registered by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Authority for Civil Societies Organization (ACSO) in accordance with Organizations for Civil societies Agency Proclamation No.113/2019 obtained certification with a registration No. 0539

NMWEO would like to invite certified Construction materials suppliers/ Companies, and those which meet the criteria below. You are therefore requested to forward a pro-form invoice along with your terms and conditions of supply and payment for the items that will be delivered to the Mai-chew NMWEO Area office.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Interested and eligible suppliers are therefore requested to come up their stamped & scanned all Bid financial and technical documents and all necessary document physically in person to NMWEO OFFICE, ADDRES: Ethiopian Economists Association Building, Fourth Floor, CMC, Addis Ababa. Eligibility and Requirement

• Bidders must have renewed trade license for 2017/2018 E.C(2025/2026 G.C) and Copy of Tax identification Number (Tin) and Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate
• Your quotation must be duly stamped by the supplier
• Cost mention in your proforma invoice should include 15%VAT and ALL COSTS INCLUDING LOADING AND OFFLOADING COSTS AT OUR WEARHOUSE WILL BE COVERED BY THE SUPPLIER.
• Provision: All services/goods should be supplied according to a proforma invoice and standard range of services/goods agreed.
• Sample will be checked prior to full deliver of awarded Items.
• Bidders are required to submit detailed specifications of items.
• The bid document should be sealed
• Bidders must provide a Bank statement for two years and proof of
• their ability to fulfill the order within the specified timeframe.
• Bids will be evaluated based on price competitiveness, quality of materials, delivery timeline, and the supplier's reputation for reliability and customer service.
• The closing date of the bid will be October 16, 2025, 8:00 AM and all received will be opened on October 16, 2025, 10:00 AM.
• CPO 5% of the total value of the bid must be submitted with a sealed envelope for each Categories.
• Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered.
