Comfort Zone Housing Cooperative Association established to construct shop and apartment complex in a plot area of 1642.8m2 in Akaki kality Sub city, Woreda 07, along the main highway from Haile Garment to Gelan which is approximately 2 km from Dr. Ali Birra Square at Hana Furi neighborhood The Association hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who are interested and capable to allocate sufficient resources for the construction of B+G+9 Apartment building only structure work.

The association now invites all contractors of category General or Building contractors of GC/BC1

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for participation, contractor must:

• Hold a valid trade license for the current fiscal year
• Provide a VAT Registration Certificate
• Present with a Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Competence from Ethiopian Construction Authority and City Government of Addis Ababa Construction Permit & Control Authority (MANDATORY)
• Demonstrate Proven experience in similar construction projects
• Provide a tax clearance certificate from authorized body valid during bid evaluation Exhibit sufficient financial capability to undertake the project
• Bidders shall submit bid security for an amount 500,000 Birr (five hundred thousand birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for 120 days after the date of bid opening and the bid security must be addressed the employer (Comfort Zone Housing Cooperative Association)
