Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopia meteorology institute procurement office local time 2:30 am up to 6:30 & in the afternoon 7:30 pm up to 11:00 from Monday to Friday at the address given below

• The bidding document purchased to interested eligible bidders up on payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (five hundred birr). The method of payment will be commercial bank of Ethiopia deposit to Emi ACC. NO 1000007241295.
• Bidder's documentary requirement include category of renewed trade license, valid tax clearance, registration of supplier list & vat registration, certificate of compliance from Ethiopia construction authority and have experience on the category.
• Bid will open in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend in person at the address below from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald after 21 days. The bid will closed be on October 20, 2025 time 10:00 am and will open at 10:30 am if the 22nd day is a holy day & closing will be the next working day at the same time.
• The bidders shall seal the original and two copies of technical and financial documents in two inner envelopes and one outer envelope, duty marking the inner envelopes as original and copies and writing the following address on the envelop, Ethiopian meteorology institute and site name.
• The bidder reserves to reject any or all of the bids.
