Oromia Insurance S.C hereby invites all eligible and qualified licensed audit firms to submit their bids for the provision of External Audit Services for the fiscal year 2025/26
- Requirements:
The audit firm must be duly registered and hold a valid professional license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
The firm must present renewed business license, TIN, VAT, registration certificate, and other relevant legal documents.
The firm should demonstrate proven experience in external auditing, preferably with organizations of similar size and nature.
- Bid Document Collection:
Interested and eligible bidders can collect the bid document Oromia Insurance S.C Head Quarter A.A. Kirkos Subcity, Woreda 07, House Number Lidya Plaza 3 Floor during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 ETB.
The bid document will be available from September 29, 2025 to October 13, 2025
- Bid Submission:
Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal," both placed in a larger sealed envelope marked "Bid for External Audit Services -2025/26."
Bidders should submit their bid by October 13, 2025, before 8:00 local time and bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on October 13, 2025, G.C 8:30 local time.
