- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bid document at the address given below from 08:30-5:30 Pm 12:30Am-11:30Pm Local Time.
- A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidder up on payment of non-returnable fee of ETB 1.000.00
- Bid must be delivered to Afdam woreda, finance office, on or before 3:00Pm after 7 Calendar days from the date of announcement of the Ethiopian Herald.
- Bid will open in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend in person at the address below after 7 Calendar Days from the date of announcement on 3:30Pm.
- Electronic bidding will not be permitted. In the form of CPO or Bank guarantee from reputable bank
- Bid validity period shall be: 60 days
- The bureau reserves to reject any or all bids.
- Bidders' documentary requirements include: Category of Renewed trade license, Tax clearance and Vat registration, and certificate of compliance.
