Rehabilitation and completion of the city's open squares (2575.16 m2), Package number: - KD/CP/CW/081/2025/26

1. Kabri Dahar City Administration Office of Finance and Economic Development has an approved budget From own revenue towards construction of different projects Kabri Dahar city Administration now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of those projects site work:- Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Administration Office one block 120 calendar days, Expansion of 3 block Clinic (CHP) at kehele- 10 180 calendar days, Rehabilitation and  completion of the city's open square squares (2575.16 m2) 60 calendar days, Expansion of Cite Old Kiflator recreation center (4147 m2) 60 calends,d\ays Maintenance of Street Lights on the Main Roads (2.58 km) 45 calendar days. Gravel road constriction at different kebeles (5.8 km) 150 calendar days
2. Bid will be conducted in accordance with the open National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the public procurement and property administration proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and are open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Finance and Economic Development at the address provided above and inspects the bidding documents during working hours.
4. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon on submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of birr 500 (Five hundred birr only) of payment will be in cash.
5. All bidders must submit the following documentary evidence to demonstrate their eligibility valid and renewed trade license for 2018 E.c, tax clearance certificate valid at the time of bid submission, value added tax (VAT) register certificate and TIN certificate, Registration certificate from the public procurement and property administration Agency's supplier list.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on 21st day as of the bid is advertised on the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper at 9:00 AM 
7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 20,000 (Twenty thousand birr) for all project in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or bank grantee issued by a recognized Bank.
8. Bids will opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, on 21st day as of the bid is advertised on the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper at 9:00 AM in the morning at Kabri Dahar City Administration Office of Finance and Economic Development, Procurement Department Room No 3. NB: if the bid opening ceremony date is not a working day, the bid opening date will be next working days
9. Kabri Dahar city Administration reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids.
