The Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Dire Dawa Branch Office (ERCS- DDBO) invites sealed bid from eligible, qualified bidders for publishing the following IEC materials

BID ANNOUNCEMENT

1. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Dire Dawa Branch Office (ERCS- DDBO) invites sealed bid from eligible, qualified bidders for publishing the following IEC materials.

2. Bidders shall submit renewed trade license for the year 2018 E.C, TIN NO. VAT registration, Business registration license and Tax clearance certificate and renewed competence certificate issued by authorized government body.
3. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document by against non-refundable payment amount to ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr) from ERCS-Dire Dawa Branch Office.
4. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Dire Dawa Branch Office along with a bid security (bid bond) in CPO only amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid security shall be valid for 15 consecutive working days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
5. FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelope labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be Stamped, wax sealed in and signed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Dire Dawa Branch Office, shall be, submitted at ERCS-DDBO
6. Bidders are, kindly requested to submit their price quotation along with technical document based on detailed requirements on our Bill of quantity on or before October 6, 2025 at 3:30 pm.
7. Bid will be closed on October 6, 2025 at 3:30 pm and will be opened on the same date at 4:00pm at ERCS-DDBO at Kezira in front of Dire Microfinance in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives.
8. Right to order higher or lower quantities: ERCS-DDBO has the right to increase or decrease an order for a quantity of up to 25% without changing the unit price offered by the bidder. It can also consider the availability of budget, and inflation rate.
9. The delivery time of the goods will be within five days after the signing of the contract.
10. Bidders are advised to read bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
11. Failure to comply with the conditions from No.2to 9 above may result in an automatic rejection.
12. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Dire Dawa Branch Office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders
