ቅ/ጽ ቤቱ የፕሮፎርማ ሂደቱን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ዕቃዉን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት
በማጓጓዝ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ደረሰኝ ከመቁረጡና ዕቃዉን ገቢ ከማድረጉ በፊት ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ሳምፕል በማሳየት የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ቀሪዎቹ ዕቃዎችም በሳምፕሉ መሰረት ገቢ የሚደረጉ ይሆናል፡፡
ለሁለቱም ፓምፖች ከዋይንዲንግ በስተቀር አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ዕቃዎቹ እንዲቀርብለት በጠየቀዉ መሰረት መለዋወጫዎቹ በመስሪያ ቤቱ ግዥዉ ተፈፅሞ የሚቀርብላቸዉ ይሆናል፡፡
አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ዕቃዉን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት
በማጓጓዝ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የዕቃ ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ደረሰኝ ከመቁረጡና ዕቃዉን ገቢ ከማድረጉ በፊት ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ በአካል ሳምፕል በማሳየት የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ቀሪዎቹ ዕቃዎችም በሳምፕሉ መሰረት ገቢ የሚደረጉ ይሆናል፡፡
