Item Description

Supply and delivery of office furniture, electronic equipment, and complete conference hall facilities, including (but not limited to):

Office desks, chairs, shelves, and cabinets.
Computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, projectors, UPS, stabilizers and related accessories,
Fully equipped conference hall materials (sound systems, projectors, display screens, microphones), Podium/presentation stand and accessories

Requirements & Instructions:

Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in performing at least two (2) similar contracts within the last five (5) years.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from the address below upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.
Offers must cover all items in the lot. Partial bids will not be accepted.
Bids must be delivered to the SRS Government Communication Bureau of Finance, Logistics & Procurement Section, Jigjiga, no later than 3:00 PM from 02/13/2017 E.C to 15/01/2018 E.C. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at 3:30 PM on the same day at the Bureau's main office in Jigjiga. If the day falls on a holiday or weekend, the process will shift to the next working day at the same time and venue.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price.
The SRS Government Communication Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids.
