Construction Services: Concrete Reservoirs of Various Capacities

• Nguenyyiel Camp →1 ground-level reinforced concrete reservoir, 500 m3 capacity
• Tierkidi Camp → 1 ground-level reinforced concrete reservoir, 500 m3 capacity
• Kule Camp →1 ground-level reinforced concrete reservoir, 500 m3 capacity
• Jewi Camp→ 1 ground-level reinforced concrete reservoir, 500 m3 capacity
• Pinyudo I Camp →1 elevated reinforced concrete reservoir, 100 m3 capacity (10m tower to improve water pressure)

Oxfam GB is a UK-based international humanitarian and development organization that has been working in Ethiopia since the 1960s. Oxfam GB is seeking capable and reliable contractors with license grades G5, GC, WWC5, or above for the construction of:

• 500 m3 concrete reservoirs at Nguenyyiel, Tierkidi, Kule, and Jewi Camps
• 100 m3 elevated reinforced concrete reservoir at Pinyudo I Camp

This work will support Oxfam GB's humanitarian and development activities in the Gambella region, Ethiopia. Accordingly, Oxfam GB is issuing this Invitation to Tender (ITT) to invite all eligible contractors to participate.

Tender Document Collection:

Interested contractors may collect the tender documents from the Oxfam GB Ethiopia

Programme Office at the address provided below. Contractors are required to:

1. Carefully review the tender documents.
2. Note the timetable outlined below.
3. Submit their technical and financial proposals in separate files by 6th October 2025, 4:00 PM.

The tender dossier will be available starting Monday, 15th September 2025. Contractors are kindly requested to sign the confirmation form in ITT-ETADD-25-0003 upon collection of the tender documents. It is mandatory to bring a copy of the required license (G5, WWC5, or above).

Important Notes:

• This ITT is issued solely for the purpose of obtaining offers for the supply of goods and/or services in accordance with the BOQ included in the tender documents.
• Oxfam GB reserves the right not to enter into or award a contract as a result of this ITT.
• Oxfam GB also reserves the right to terminate any contract issued as a result of this ITT, as set out in the contract terms and conditions.
• Successful tenderers will be expected to enter into a formal contract with Oxfam GB, supported by a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The onus is on the supplier to ensure that their offer is complete and meets Oxfam GB's requirements. Failure to comply may lead to the offer being rejected without any reason being given. Please therefore ensure that you read the tender document carefully and answer fully all questions asked.
