Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of RIG SPARE PARTS for international competitive biddings (ICB)

The quantity of complete SPAR PARTS which has been mentioned in detail in the bid document.

1. 1. Detail specification and requirements is attached in the bid document.
   2. Bidders shall present eligible documents such as Vat certificate, Tin certificate, Trade registration certificate, relevant renewed Trade license and tax clearance for the year 2017 E.C with their offer (for domestic bidders only)
   3. Bidders should ensure that the products submitted with their bid include a clear statement of compliance with environmental protection measures or an eco-friendly product description, along with additional statement showing conformity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements to safeguard workers from potential hazards
   4. Bid documents can be collected from Oromia construction Corporation Head office Corporate Procurement team Addis Ababa/Finfinne/, Ethiopia Address: Akaki kaliti Sub City effective from the day of announcement against payment of non-refundable 1,000.00 (One Thousand) at office hour (Monday to Friday: 8:30AM -11:30AM and 1:30PM-4:00PM and Saturday: 8:30 AM-11:00AM).
   5. The bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical & and financial offers in two copies separately (Technical in two copy (Original & copy) (Financial in two copy (Original & copy)
   6. Bidders are responsible for assuring that the bids actually delivered on time at the place and office designated in this invitation.
   7. The Technical specification with manufacturers' stamp and signature should be prepared and separately attached from financial documents in an organized manner.
   8. Bidders must include original Manufacturers" certificate for all items mentioned and delegation letter for Participation in the bid document from the Manufacturer for assuring the supply of RIG spare parts
   9. Bid documents shall be sealed and delivered to Oromia Construction Corporation Head office Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Address: Akaki kaliti Sub City. Corporate Procurement team 1st floor
   10. The public body (OCC) reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid, to amend the bidding Process and all the documents.
   11. The Bid will be closed on oct 14,2025 G.C at 2:00 PM and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend at OCC Head Office.
