NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

• 1. Lemi National Cement, has allocated a budget toward the cost of the Construction of Toilet and Cafteria
  2. The contractor is expected to construct the above-mentioned works as outlined in the drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to the highest standard. The contractor is responsible for supplying the necessary Labor, materials, and equipment for the construction works of this project.
  3. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence: All bidders shall provide a Certificate of Registration from the relevant government body or above renewed for 2017 EFY and other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder's compliance, which shall include:
• Trading License renewed for 2017 EFY:
• Tax Clearance Certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at the bid submission date:
• VAT Registration Certificate: and
• Grade 3 and above relevant General construction license.
  4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures as specified and defined in the Bidding Document. The minimum Annual Construction Turnover. Cash Flow, and General and Specific Construction Experience for the project are as shown below: -

Qualification Criteria

1. 5. Bidders Shall apply to all works as stated in the Tender document (TOR).
   6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Lemi National Cement PLC, and inspect relevant design documents at the address given below (10) during working hours from Monday to Friday.
   7. A complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders at the address below at (10) local working hours from Monday to Friday. The cost of the bid documents is 300birr
   8. Bid shall be valid for 60 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000 in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids must be delivered to the address below (10) on October 02.2025 G.C (Meskerem 22.2018 E.C) before 2:00 p.m. Local time and will be closed exactly at 2:00 p.m.
   9. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the same address below (10) at 2:30 p.m. October 02,2025 G.C(Meskerem 22.2018 E.C after noon Local time.
