CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of Maintenance Works of Dashen Bank Buildings and Different Give away materials (Promotional items)

1. 1. 1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://bids.extratenders. com.et and via https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number starting from September 8, 2025.
      2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba- supplier-registration/.
      3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
      4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for all lots.
      5. The Bank only allows interested bidders to involve in this bidding process for bid reference no. DBOTO0825/26 a maximum two lots based on their interest of selection of projects. The Bank will not award a bidder more than two lots.
      6. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for both bid reference numbers.
      7. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on
1. September 22, 2025, up to 5:00 PM for bid ref. no. DBOT00825/26 and
2. September 19, 2025, up to 5:00PM for bid ref.no. DBOTO0925/26 at the place mentioned under No. 9 below.
   1. 8. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head Afternoon.
      9. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall tentatively as follows;

• For bid ref.no. DBOTO0825/26 on September 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM Afternoon;
• For bid ref.no. DBOTO0925/26 on September 20, 2025 at 9:30 AM morning
  1. 10. For the maintenance work the bidder should have a professional competence certificate of Contractors grade GC 5/BC 5 and above.
     11. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 3 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
     12. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
