The Ethiopian Airlines Group invites qualified bidders for Design and Build of Landscape and Greenery Works at East (Goru) Side and Around General Aviation Apron, Fuel Farm and Police Residence, Access Road Construction and Preparation of Garbage Ares at Bulbula Side of Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

The project shall be completed within 180 calendar days.

Thus, Ethiopian Airlines Group invites bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor. material and equipment and should fulfill the following requirements for the Design and Construction works of the stated project.

1. Renewed trade license for 2017 E.C.
2. Renewed Certificate of registration from authorized body in category GC/RCL
3. VAT registration and Taxpayer registration certificate.
4. Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids
5. Bidding is open to all local and international bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents.
6. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr only) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group. Any form of guarantee from insurance company will not be acceptable.
7. Bidders can get the complete set of bidding documents against payment of non-refundable amount of Birr three hundred (300) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CHE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T566 in Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E99), Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the depout slip to the address below and will get the Tender document by return.
8. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical and Financial Bids of the Bidders.
9. The Bid comprising of technical and financial documents must be delivered in separate scaled envelopes in one copy as original and another copy of the document to the address given below on September 17, 2025, at 3:00 PM. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes ie, the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES "both for the" The Technical Proposal" and "Financial Offer.
