Habesha Breweries Share Company invites qualified and experienced construction firms to submit their technical and financial proposals for the construction of the flag stand area, indoor and outdoor fountain construction.

1. 1. Background

Habesha Breweries Share Company invites qualified construction firms, holding a Grade 5 or higher construction license, to submit technical and financial proposals for the construction of a flag stand area and indoor/outdoor water fountains at its premises in Debre Birhan.

1. 2. Bid Document/TOR/

The bid document can be purchased from the Habesha Breweries S.C. Head Office upon payment, of a non- refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr).

• Have at least 5 years of experience
• Provide a portfolio of 3+ similar projects for comparable organizations.
  4. Submission requirements
• Trade license, VAT Registration, and TIN certificate, Tax clearance
• Company profile and relevant experience.
• Technical approach, methodology, and Timeline
• Financial proposal with cost breakdown.

5. Bid submission deadline
   1. The interested bidders shall provide a bid security in the form of CPO (CPO ONLY) amounting to ETB 200.000.00/Two hundred thousand Only/ issued in the name of Habesha Brewery S.C. should be placed inside the technical proposal envelope.
   2. Interested bidders shall submit their technical and financial proposals in two separate, sealed envelopes. These two envelopes must then be placed together into a single outer envelope. The outer envelope must be sealed and clearly marked with the company's name and address.
   3. Interested bidders must deliver their sealed proposals into the designated tender box located on the 1st floor of the Habesha Breweries S.C. Head Office no later than 10:30 AM (4:30 PM Local Time) on September 15, 2025. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.

Habesha Breweries S.C. has the right to cancel the bid in full or partially.
