BID ANNOUNCEMENT

Imagine 1 Day International Organization (imagine 1 day) is a non-religious and nonprofit making International Organization founded in Canada, Vancouver in 2007. It is registered as implementing NGO and obtained the legal Licensee number 0885 from the Charities and Societies Agency to continue working in Ethiopia. Imagine l day's program areas of focus are: - Education, Child protection and WASH.

To achieve its objective, imagine 1 Day International Organization, invites all eligible BC/GC Contractors to bid for the following Project.

Rehabilitation (ጥገና) of Nagelle Borena General Hospital One Stop Center (የአንድ ማዕከል አገልግሎት) located in East Borena Zone of Oromia region.

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by;

1. Renewed business license, commercial registration certificate, registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate, certificate of competence, and value-added tax declaration for the recent month of 2017 E.C.
2. Bid security bond of 5% of the bid amount (before VAT) by CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee (for one month) NB. Cash and Insurance bonds are not accepted).
3. Eligible Contractors must have a certificate of competence Grade 5 and above, and that have related experience with NGO or government shall collect the tender document.
4. The Contractor shall start execution of the Works within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of signing of the contract and shall complete and hand over to the Employer within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signing of the contract.
5. The method of bid evaluation is running per site.
6. If any unclear or erased rate or estimation it will be rejected.
7. Documents that have the list of activities can be obtained from Imagine 1 Day International Organization Country Office Addis Ababa. by paying Birr 1000(One Thousand) (not reimbursed), and the contractor must have an original and copy of its Renewed business license. certificate of competence, work experience and VAT declaration report of the recent month.
8. The Bidder shall submit their best technical offer in one Original and copy, and for a financial offer in one Original and copy in separate sealed envelopes, and then sealed all in one huge envelope including CPO. NB. The work experience (completion certificate) indicated must be supported by the project Agreement, provisional acceptance, and final payment certificate. The machineries (owned/lease) must be supported by legal purchase/lease agreement documents.
9. The bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents, like the bidder's name, address, and legal stamp of the contractor, and be submitted in a sealed envelope to Imagine 1 Day International Organization,Country Office by 15/09/2025: from 2:00 PM-2:30PM(Afternoon).
10. Bid will be opened on the same day 15/09/2025: at 2:45 PM (Afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at Imagine 1 Day International Organization Country Office.
11. Imagine 1 Day International Organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially.
