The Amhara Regional state Hulet Eju Enessie Woreda Agriculture Office through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of Food System Resilience program and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

Accordingly, the Amhara Regional state Hulet Eju Enessie Woreda Agriculture Office now invites eligible bidders/Contractors Grade 5/five and above WWC for Adibar small scale irrigation Construction listed below.

1. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
2. Bidders should attach technical proposal document against Technical Evaluation Criteria of biding document
3. Bids shall be valid for period of (120) days after bid opening date.
4. One Bidder can Participate Only 1 (Once) construction from the above listed contract.
5. Bids security should be submitted in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO/cash. Conditional security is not accepted.
6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents/ Renewed licenses which is renewed for given budget year, VAT Registration Certificate & Tax payer Identification Number TIN, certificate of competence
7. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Hulet Eju Enessie Woreda Procurement, Finance and property Administration office no 5 paid by 500 /five hundred birr/.
8. Bidders shall submit two envelopes "qualification information" in one envelope and "Financial Bid and bid security" separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope.
9. Bid must be delivered to Hulet Eju Enessie Woreda Procurement, Finance and Property office no 5. Bids shall be Closed on 22/01/2018 E.C at 4:00 AM Morning and opened at 4:30 AM Morning/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
10. The Hulet Eju Enessie Finance Office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
