Development Expertise Center (DEC) is seeking a media partner with strong experience in film production and documentary filmmaking

DEC a local CSO established in 2007, re-registered in May 2009 as per the new Authority for CSO Proclamations by the Ethiopian government bearing a registration number of 0009. Its objective to contribute towards the national development efforts through integrated, decentralized and sustainable program interventions.

In line with the above objectives, DEC is seeking a media partner to showcase the achievements of one of its projects

Bid Announcement

The Giving for Change program has been implemented by Development Expertise Center (DEC) across seven districts in the Oromia and Amhara regions of Ethiopia from 2021 to 2025. As we enter the frial year of the program, we are preparing to conclude the project and would like to produce a video documentary that showcases its achievements and impact over the past five years. We are seeking a media partner with strong experience in film production and documentary filmmaking. Interested media organizations may collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) in person from our office starting from September 1 to September 8.

Eligibility Requirements:

All interested and eligible bidders who are capable, qualified, technically competent, and hold a valid license for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (2017) may submit their documents.

Important Notes:

1. 1. Bidders must present a renewed business license for the year.
   2. Development Expertise Center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
   3. Late submissions will not be accepted.
   4. Bidders should clearly indicate their price including VAT.
