- Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;
- Renewed Trade License
- TIN Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- IV. Tax clearance certificate
- V. Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF)
- A bid bond amounting to ETB 300,000 is required for Lot 1, while a bid bond of ETB 150,000 is required for Lot 2.
- Bidders have the right to participate in all or separate lots
- Interested bidders shall purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from Sep 01, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five hundred only) to the Et Inclusive Finance technology SC (ETIFT), at ETIFT's office, 2nd floor and collect the bid document.
- Bids shall be submitted on or before October 7, 2025 at 11:05 A.M (in the morning) at the Et Inclusive Finance Technology SC (ETIFT), 2nd floor.
- The Bid opening shall be opened on the above-mentioned address, on October 07, 2025 at 11:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
