TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
St. Luke Catholic Hospital and College of Nursing and Midwifery (from now on SLCHC) under the project titled "Strengthening the Analysis Laboratory" is launching a Local Open Tender to select a construction company to carry out rehabilitation works of the Laboratory of SLCHC located in Wolisso, South West Shoa. The complete tender dossier is available at SLCHC's main office at the following address; Wolisso. P.O BOX 246 and 250, South West Shoa, Oromia Region, Ethiopia and it can be picked by the tenderer in soft copy (we warmly suggest the tenderer to bring a USB drive).
Alternatively, the Tenderer can find the soft copy of the tender in a Google Drive link posted in the Facebook Page of SLCHC https://web.facebook.com/stlukecatholichospital
Tender bids can be delivered by hand or by post at the same address above. The deadline for bid submission is September 16th 2025
A clarification meeting will be held on September 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke Catholic Hospital and College located in Wolisso, P. O. Box 250 and 246, South West Shoa. The meeting will provide clarifications only on the tender documentation to be provided.
A site visit will be held by the Contracting Authority on September 2nd 2025, at 10.00 AM at St. Luke Catholic Hospital and College located in Wolisso, P. O. Box 250 and 246, South West Shoa.
The public bid-opening session will be held according to the timetable provided in the tender dossier at SLCHC's main office, Wolisso, South West Shoa on September 18th 2025
