SOS Sahel Ethiopia is non-governmental organization with a mission of improving the living standard of smallholder farmers and marginalized pastoralist through better management of their environment and improved access to fair and sustainable agricultural market.

The SOS has funds from Mrs. Veronica Initiative for Construction Works for Grain warehouse Constructions, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for grade 6 BC/GC and above to participate for the below construction works.

• Bidding documents may be purchased at SOS Sahel Ethiopia Head office Gerji in front of Sunshine Apartment nonrefundable fee of ETB500.00
• Bidders who wish to participant shall submit the required key personnel and machinery according to the bid document.

• The bid shall remain valid for 90 calendar days.
• The unconditional Bank guarantee or CPO shall remain valid for 90 calendar days.
• Bidders shall submit their documents before closing date of September 02, 2025 at 10:00AM to SOS Sahel Ethiopia Head Office at Addis Ababa.
• Submitted bids will be shall be opened on the above-mentioned date September 02, 2025 at 10:30 in the presence of bidders or their legal representative at SOS Sahel Ethiopia Head Office (AA).
• Interested bidders should submit their sealed Technical and Financial proposals two separate folders one original and one copy duly marked as (Technical proposal for the construction of ...... and Financial Proposal for the construction of ........) the bid document must be submitted to the designated bid box at the SOS Sahel Ethiopia Procurement Unit.
• The technical bid document will be opened by the SOS Sahel Ethiopia office in the presence of their representatives. Only contractors who successfully pass the technical evaluation will be considers for the financial evaluation. Technical qualified bidders will be notified via email with details of the financial bid opening.
• Bidders shall attach trade registration certificate, renewed license, and all necessary credentials.
