The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a humanitarian. non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1956 that fulfills its mandate by providing direct assistance to conflict-affected populations-refugees, internally displaced people (IDPS) and host communities in the conflict areas of the world.

The Danish Refugee Council in Ethiopia intends to contract supplier for the legal advisory service.

Therefore, interested and eligible suppliers can request the tender dossier and instructions to suppliers by physically (in person) from DANISH REFUGEE COUNCIL Bole Sub city. Woreda 2, Block 24, Parcel 53, House #9999/385 Near Embassy of Somalia or can request the tender document via email: shambel.yifru@drc.ngo by bringing or attaché the copy of valid or renewed business license, during working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Starting from Aug 13,2025 to Aug 26,2025

NB: Please indicate the bid reference number In your technical and financial document subject while requesting.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

• The BID FWA number shall be inserted in the Subject Heading of the technical and financial document;
• Separate Document shall be used for the Financial Bid' and 'Technical Bid.
• Bidders MUST provide valid or renewed business licenses, copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate;
• Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered;
• Currency should be in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) no other currencies are acceptable
• Further Instructions on submission are provided on tender dossier;
• Separate technical and financial bid document must be submitted only by dedicated date on or before 11:00 pm up to August 26,2025 the opening date will be August 27,2025 at 10:00AM
