Rehabilitation and Development Organization (RADO) is a National Non-Governmental Organization and registered in Ethiopia under the Charities and Societies Agency with Certificate No. 1005.

Rehabilitation and Development Organization (RaDO) is seeking competent vehicle rental companies that c`     an rent Toyota Land Cruiser /Hard Top / Mark II and Long base Vehicles for project RADO Regional State of East Amhara as per the specification Bellow.

All tenderers shall include the following information and documents:

1. Have legal capacity to enter into a procurement contract submitting proper trade license;
2. Have fulfilled any legal obligation to pay tax through a tax clearance certificate
3. Renewed Business License for 2017 E.C
4. The Supplier's profile with proper evidence of having similar type of provision
5. TIN and VAT registration certificate
6. Renewed insurance certificate for the
7. Has a capacity to immediate replace the vehicle when there is a problem with the provided vehicle

Please Note that:

5. The bidders should submit their offer with Sealed and Waxed envelope marked "TENDER FOR THE VEHICLE RENT" at the RADO Head Office and East Amhara RaDO Sub -Office, upon request starting from 1st day of the announcement.
5. The bidder must provide complete set of technical and financial documents separately with one copy for each.
5. The dates for submission of tender document are on the 7th Calendar Day (Consecutive Days) from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time). Bid opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the RaDO Head Office.
5. If there is public holiday or Weekend on this date the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.
5. Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representative along with their delegation letter on the same day of the deadline at 2:30 pm. 
5. RODO reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid!
