Sidamo Tera Building Construction Share Company invites sealed bids from category GC/BC 3 and above bidders for the construction of TWOFire Escape Staircases for its mixed-use buildings located at Sidamo Tera Merkato Area

INVITATION FOR BID

1. Sidamo Tera Building Construction Share Company invites sealed bids from category GC/BC 3 and above bidders for the construction of TWOFire Escape Staircases for its mixed-use buildings located at Sidamo Tera Merkato Area.
2. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be purchased by Bidders by paying a nonrefundable fee of ETB 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Birr) effective as of August 14, 2025. The method of payment shall be in cash or direct deposit to Sidamo Tera Building Construction SC. Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Account No.1000280366475 
3. The bid document must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000.00 (One hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O or Unconditional Bank Guaranty. Late bids will be rejected.
4. One Original and Two Copies of the bids have to be submitted. The Technical Bid and Bid Security will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.
5. The bidder shall submit copies of renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, TIN Certificate and valid tax clearance certificate.
6. Bidders shall submit their bid proposals in three envelopes, the first envelope labelled as "Technical Bid", thesecond envelop labelled as " Bid Security" and the third envelope "Financial Bid", separately sealed and the three envelopes sealed in on another outer envelope.
7. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical Bid first and Financial Bids of Qualified Bidders next.
8. Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before August 25, 2025 until 10:00 AM (4:00 local time) and opened on the same date at 4:30 AM.
