Terms of Reference (TOR) for Renewing 5 Microsoft 365 Business Standard Subscription Licenses for First Consult Development
OBJECTIVE
FCD is looking for a qualified service provider to provide the renewal of 5 Microsoft 365 licenses.
SERVICE PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- The service provider must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be an authorized Microsoft reseller/partner.
- Proven track record of renewing/providing Microsoft 365 licenses.
- Compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- legal documents (renewed business license, TIN and VAT registration certificates)
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Interested service providers are required to submit the following:
- Company Profile: Overview of the company, including experience and qualifications.
- Financial Proposal: Detailed cost breakdown.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
The deadline for proposal submissions is on or before August 25, 2025.Credentials and financial proposals must be submitted in separate documents to First Consult Development to the email: bids2@ firstconsultet.com with the subject- "Proposal for M365 license Renewal".
