The Ethiopian Electric Utility Nekemt Region here by now invites registered eligible bid contractors of category GC-5 /BC-5 and above who would be financially and technic capable for the supply and building fence and furnish the necessary labor, equipment Materials to undertake Shambu and Finchea Service center Office maintenance under National Competitive bidding/NCB/

1. Interested potential bidders are required to present renewed relevant trade license for fiscal year 2017EC, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, Registration Certificate online supplier list under public procurement and Property administration agency Valid and Renewed Contractor's Registration Certificate for the year 2017EFY from minister of Construction OR Regional Bureau of urban development and construction.
2. Bidding document should be prepared in English language.
3. Interested potential bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the office SC & PGS 3rd floor office no 300 against payment of none refundable fee birr 500.00.
4. This invitation of bid is open to all interested potentials bidders regardless of the nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in bidding document.
5. The deadline for bid submission shall be August 25, 2025 Ge at 8:00 local time
6. Bid must be accompanied with a bid security of an amount of birr 180,000.00 (one hundred Eighty thousand Birr only in the form of certificate only CPO.
7. Bid must be delivered or deposited in the tender box situated at the office of the SC & PGS 3rd floor office no 300 department, before the closing date and time
8. Bid will be opened no August 25, 2025Gc at 8:30 local time in Nekemt Region who choose to attend.
9. The Ethiopian Electric Utility Nekemt Region its rights to reject any or all bid.
