A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1000 from the Ethiopian Electric Power. The method of payment shall be in cash or cashier's check or through telegraphic transfer to EEP Transmission Construction A/C No.1000252665203, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Arada Giorgis Branch, starting from 11 August, 202
   6. Bids must be delivered before the closing time to the above-mentioned address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee as mentioned below. Late bids shall be rejected.
   7. Bids must be delivered to the above address on or before 2:00 PM. Local time (Addis Ababa) on 15th September 2025 and All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security 640,000.00 (Six Hundred Forty Thousand Ethiopian Birr.). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
   8. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or bidders representatives who choose to attend on 15th September 2025 at 2:30 PM Local time (Addis Ababa).
