Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible bidders for the procurement of the Construction of Lot 2 Painting Works of Bishoftu Poly Technic College Dormitories and Mixed-Use Building Project to be sub-contracted in local currency.
Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply and fix of the works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.
- Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by concerned tax authority.
- Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as General Construction Contractor (GC-5), Building Construction Contractor (BC-5), and above and Finishing Contractor with relevant experience in painting works and valid license can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred) in cash.
- Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional and Irrevocable bank guarantee.
- Bid Validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date.
- Bid will be closed on August 28 /2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 PM.
- The bidder shall abide with laws and regulations in forced in Federal and Regional Government regarding environmental Protections and shall confirm with safety and Health Standards an shall be committed to the implementation of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Safety and Health Management System.
- OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
