Ethiopian Airlines Group invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder

Ethiopian Airlines Group (ETG) invites all competent and qualified Category 1 (One) General/Road Consulting firm for the Design review, Contact Administration and Construction Supervision of Kebri Dehar Airfield Reconstruction, Access Road, and Parking Area Rehabilitation Project.

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder: -

1. The project is located in Somali Regional State at Kebri-Dahar Town.
2. This bid is open for both National and International Consultants
3. Bidder should have license valid for year 2017 E.C (Ethiopian Calendar) or for the year 2024-2025, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, Taxpayer Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender.
4. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T558 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip, company name and phone number to the below address and will get the Tender document by return Email.
5. Bidders should submit a bid security of ETB 200,000.00/Two hundred thousand birr/ in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group" sealed in a separate envelope marked as "Bid Security" in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from any recognized local banks payable on first demand along with their bid proposal. Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted.
6. Bidders must submit their bid documents in a sealed envelope to the Ethiopian Airlines Group Strategic Sourcing, Non-Technical Section until September 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM as specified in the bid document. The bids will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM in the bid opening hall of Ethiopian Airlines Group Headquarter, Bole International Airport, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia at presence of those interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
