STRUCTURE SHADE

Sekota Ceramic Products & Fire Bricks Factory PLC Invites sealed bid from eligible qualified bidders for the, Supply, Construction & Installation of the following facilities in ANRS near Sekota Town, Ethiopia:

1. Steel Structural Factory Shade:

• Dimensions: 36m (Width) x 120m (Length), Gutter Height: 11m
• Features includes: Central column, overhead cranes, and 120m long shade.
• Overhead Cranes: Two cranes, each with a 5-ton capacity
• Existing Construction: Foundation with 6m span columns, two expansion pads, and 120m length shade

Additional Requirements:

• Lightning arrestor, roof monitor, grounding strips, service airline, firefighting lines, etc.
• Special Considerations: the shade is subjected and accommodates a 500t press machine from one comer, water circulation system, and thermal clave tunnel emitting 50°C.
• Supply, Erection, Installation. Commissioning, Testing and Warranty should be included.

2. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document against a non-refundable payment of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) from Sekota Ceramic Products & Fire Bricks Factory PLC Offices: -

REMARK: All BID Documents should be submitted to Addis Ababa office of the Organization.

3. Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2017 E.C, registration certificate, Tax Identification No. & VAT Registration Certificates and other necessary documents.
4. All tender documents must be submitted to the Addis Ababa office of Sekota Ceramic Products & Fire Bricks Factory PLC along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting 1% of the bid offer, on all separate envelop. The bid security shall be valid for 90 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
5. FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL & COPY; TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be sealed and stamped in and signed outer envelope, addressed to Sekota Ceramic Products & Fire Bricks Factory PLC whose address is mentioned above.
6. BID will stay for 21 days on air and be closed on   at 5:00 P.M and will be opened on the next day i.e August 27/2025 at 10:00. A.M at Addis Ababa in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at the same office.
7. Bidders are advised to read bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
8. Failure to comply with the conditions listed above may result in an automatic rejection.
9. Sekota Ceramic Products & Fire Bricks Factory PLC reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bid
