Liyu Microfinance Institution S.C. hereby invites qualified and experienced architectural firms to submit proposals for preparing as-built architectural drawings for the institution's G+4 Head Office building.
Interested bidders may obtain the Terms of Reference (TOR) starting from August 6, 2025, from Liyu Microfinance Institution's Head Office upon presentation of a valid trade license and proof of deposit of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr) into CBE Account No. 1000497643768, registered under Liyu Microfinance Institution.
Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes and deliver them in person to Liyu Microfinance Institution S.C., Head Office (Bole Sub-City, Woreda 4, near New Day Hotel, around Golagul Tower, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) no later than August 17, 2025, between 2:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time.
Liyu Microfinance Institution reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
