The International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR), in collaboration with Polish Aid for International Aid (PCPM), is implementing a project titled: "Support to Development of Emergency and Disaster Response Services in Ethiopia" As part of this initiative, IIRR invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified individuals or firms for the following:
Bid Description:

- Construction Project Management and Supervision Consultant to facilitate the construction of the fire simulator; IIRR is looking to engage a qualified and experienced construction consultant (or firm) to provide expert advice, technical assistance, and supervision throughout the project lifecycle.
- To oversee the construction of a three-level metal container-based Fire Simulator at the Fire and Disaster Risk Management (FDRM) Training Center in Akaki Kaliti Sub-city, Addis Ababa (2025-2026).
- The fire simulator will support realistic fire training, smoke simulation, rescue operations, and rope rescue drills.
